Angetrieben von einem 2.0-Liter-Dieselmotor mit 62 kW (84 PS) und Euro-5-Schadstoffklasse, ist der Transporter effizient im Kraftstoffverbrauch mit 7,2 l/100 km im kombinierten Zyklus. Das Fahrzeug hat eine Laufleistung von 178.000 km und ist in der Farbe Ginstergelb erhältlich. Die praktische Konstruktion des T5 umfasst zwei Schiebetüren (links und rechts), die den Zugang erleichtern, sowie eine LKW-Zulassung. Mit einem zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von 2.800 kg und Abmessungen von 4.892 mm Länge, 1.904 mm Breite und 1.970 mm Höhe bietet der Transporter ausreichend Ladevolumen.
